Please review the list of common reasons why the server error may have occured. If any of these are applicable, please try again avoiding the reason listed below.

  • Clicking the back button in your browser
  • Typos in numeric fields - letters instead of numbers, extra periods, etc.
  • Copy and pasting in fields
  • Having multiple tabs open while being inside different policies
  • Two different people in the same policy at the same time
  • Leaving tabs open for multiple days

If you continue to receive the server error, contact AFBIS Support at 1-800-662-5142, for Support or send an email to frosupport@afbisinc.com with the below details.

  • Please include the Reference Number: 12013
  • List the steps taken prior to the server error - what field were you keying into and what were you keying into that field
